We aren’t going to say that we “don’t care if…” your hair is purple, you have tons of tattoos, you can’t afford a large wedding, you’re a transgender person exploring the world in your own body, you don’t want to exchange rings, you don’t want to be given away, you don’t believe in any religion, your family is full of drama, your friends don’t know you’re getting married, you’ve been married six times before, you’ve been married to your new spouse before, you’ve been in prison, you hate huge groups of people, or you just want to elope……nope, we’re not going to say we don’t care… we’re going to say we LOVE THAT you are all or any of these things. Seeing you for you is what we’re here for. We see your color, we see your gender, we see your sexuality, we see your introversion, we see your desire to not do everything just like your parents did. We love it. We love it so much that we did it too! Doug and Elizabeth eloped and so did our officiants Candace and Rubi (but not with each other…they have their own spouses) We GET YOU.
